Founding Member Terms v1.0

Campaign: TAWARS Founding Member Campaign V3

1. Purpose of the Offer

The TAWARS Founding Member Campaign allows eligible Talent and Employer customers to purchase and use an eligible current paid TAWARS plan now and, after verification, receive a separate future subscription entitlement connected to the upgraded TAWARS platform.

TAWARS today is the operating foundation of the upgraded platform. Current-plan services and upcoming upgraded capabilities are distinct and must not be treated as the same thing.

2. Eligible Current Plans

Free accounts do not qualify for a Founding Member entitlement.

3. Standard Founding Member Benefit

Every eligible Talent or Employer purchase made during the campaign and successfully verified by TAWARS receives 12 consecutive months free on the corresponding upgraded plan when the upgraded TAWARS platform officially launches commercially.

The 12-month free period does not start on the current purchase date. Its start date is the official commercial launch date of the upgraded TAWARS platform. Until that launch is formally approved, the future start and end dates remain unset.

4. Approved Current-to-Upgraded Plan Mapping

If a plan is renamed, reorganized or replaced before commercial launch, TAWARS will apply the entitlement to the substantially equivalent successor core plan, subject to the final published product structure.

5. First-10 Employer Lifetime Benefit

In addition to the standard Founding Member benefit, the first 10 qualifying Employer purchases across Employer Premium, Employer Elite and Employer Enterprise receive a Lifetime Founding Employer Core Membership on the corresponding upgraded core plan.

The Lifetime benefit means no recurring annual core subscription fee for the corresponding upgraded core plan for as long as TAWARS continues to offer that plan or a substantially equivalent successor core plan, subject to these Terms.

The Lifetime benefit is an upgrade to the standard Employer Founding Member entitlement. It is not an additional twelve-month period stacked on top of lifetime access.

6. How the First 10 Employers Are Determined

Lifetime rank is determined by the chronological order of successful qualifying Employer payments that TAWARS subsequently verifies.

Form-submission time does not determine lifetime rank and submitting the Founding Member Registration Form does not reserve a lifetime place.

One qualifying Employer legal entity/account may receive only one Lifetime Founding Employer Core Membership.

TAWARS will not publicly advertise a remaining-place number unless that number is reconciled against verified successful qualifying Employer payments.

7. After the First 10 Places Are Taken

The Founding Member Campaign does not end when the 10 Lifetime Employer places are filled. Eligible Employers who purchase after the first 10 places remain eligible for the standard benefit: 12 free months on the corresponding upgraded Employer plan at official upgraded commercial launch, subject to successful verification.

8. Scope of Lifetime Core Membership

Lifetime Founding Employer Core Membership applies to the recurring core subscription fee for the corresponding upgraded core plan.

It does not automatically guarantee unlimited use of separately metered, consumption-based or third-party-cost services. AI usage, assessment credits, recorded-video storage/processing, premium usage credits, third-party charges, future add-ons or other separately priced services may be subject to fair-use limits, included allowances, credits or separate fees under final published product terms.

No future add-on, product, feature or service is included merely because it is introduced under the TAWARS brand unless it is expressly included in the applicable core plan.

9. Current Subscription

The current paid subscription starts and operates under the plan terms, billing period, services and conditions applicable to the current TAWARS platform at the time of purchase.

The future entitlement is separate from the current subscription and does not convert the current purchase into a refund, investment, ownership interest or lifetime ownership of TAWARS.

10. Upcoming Product Capabilities

Campaign references to the upgraded TAWARS platform describe upcoming product direction and must be understood as upcoming, being developed, or subject to final released scope unless a capability is independently verified as live.

Upcoming Talent direction may include Professional Profile / Talent Passport, reviewed PDF/Word CV import, CV Builder and secure PDF export, job-specific Tailored CV versions, controlled profile sharing, and application-specific CV snapshots.

Upcoming Employer direction may include company profiles and job opportunities, assessment requests and authorized reports, asynchronous recorded video interview workflows, application-specific CV access, and more structured hiring workflows.

11. Verification

A form submission alone does not create or confirm an entitlement. TAWARS must be able to match the Founding Member registration to the relevant TAWARS account and successful qualifying payment. The customer should use the same email address associated with the TAWARS account and purchase.

TAWARS may request reasonable non-sensitive information required to reconcile the purchase. Customers must not submit passwords, bank/card data, identity documents, CV content, assessment results or other unnecessary sensitive information through the Founding Member form.

12. Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

A full refund, payment reversal or chargeback cancels the Founding Member entitlement associated with that purchase, including any Lifetime Employer entitlement.

If a Lifetime Employer place is cancelled or invalidated before the campaign closes, TAWARS may reassign that place to the next qualifying verified Employer purchase in chronological payment order.

13. Upgrades, Downgrades and Multiple Purchases

Multiple qualifying purchases by the same account or Employer entity do not create stacked future entitlements unless TAWARS expressly publishes otherwise.

Where an eligible purchase is upgraded, downgraded, refunded or adjusted during the campaign, the final entitlement follows the final qualifying paid plan retained after verified adjustments.

14. Transferability

Talent Founding Member entitlements are personal to the qualifying Talent account and are not transferable or resalable.

Employer Founding Member entitlements belong to the qualifying Employer entity/account rather than to an individual employee or contact person. Authorized contacts may change. Transfer to a different legal entity is not automatic and may be considered only where TAWARS accepts a legitimate corporate restructuring or successor-entity case.

15. Delayed Launch

If the upgraded commercial launch is delayed, a verified future Founding Member entitlement remains recorded and does not expire merely because the launch date has moved. The 12-month period begins only when the upgraded TAWARS platform officially launches commercially.

16. Non-Launch or Material Product Change

If TAWARS permanently decides not to launch the upgraded platform in the form contemplated by the campaign, TAWARS will provide a commercially reasonable equivalent benefit against the closest available TAWARS core plan or successor service. The exact remedy will be communicated to affected verified Founding Members.

17. No Employment or Hiring Guarantee

The campaign and TAWARS services do not guarantee employment, interview selection, hiring, candidate availability, recruitment success or any other employment or recruitment outcome.

Assessments must not be treated as pass/fail tests or as the sole basis for an employment decision.

18. Campaign Artwork and Product Previews

Campaign graphics are illustrative unless explicitly labelled as verified captures from a current or development build. Illustrative artwork must not be represented as a live product screenshot.

19. Campaign Period and End Date

The campaign begins only when TAWARS formally publishes the Founding Member offer. The campaign does not automatically end on Day 30 of the marketing calendar.

TAWARS may later publish a campaign closing date. Any closing date, remaining Lifetime-place count or scarcity claim must be accurate and current when published.

20. Acceptance of Terms

A customer must accept TAWARS Founding Member Terms v1.0 as part of the registration/verification process. TAWARS retains the accepted terms version in the Founding Member Register.

21. Record of Entitlement

TAWARS maintains a controlled Founding Member Register recording, as applicable, account identity, qualifying plan, payment reference, verification status, corresponding upgraded plan, terms version, confirmation status, and future entitlement status. For Lifetime Employers, TAWARS also records verified payment timestamp/order and Lifetime rank.

22. Privacy

TAWARS collects only information reasonably needed to verify the qualifying purchase and administer the Founding Member entitlement. Unnecessary CV data, assessment content, identification documents, passwords and payment-card information must not be stored in the Founding Member Register.

23. Final Control

No advertisement, landing page, email or social post may describe a benefit more broadly than these Terms. If campaign copy and these Terms conflict, these Terms govern the Founding Member entitlement.
